The Effectiveness of the Treatment Services Provided by Beacon Counselling Trust: A Review of Service Users' Experience
We are so pleased to be able to share this receive review conducted by a University of Liverpool student, Ruby, researching the effectiveness of Beacon Counselling Trust’s gambling harms treatment services. UoL work with InterChange, a registered charity which connects higher education students with voluntary and community organisations who have social research or review needs.
It was great to see such positive feedback from our service-users stating the support was ‘invaluable’, the sessions felt like a ‘safe space’ and service-users were ‘on the road to recovery’ thanks to the support we were able to provide.
