Our Paul’s Place Journeys of Discovery Group had a fabulous day recently at Portmeirion in Wales. A number in the group commented that this was an opportunity for them to visit somewhere so beautiful that they would never be able to get to see otherwise, whilst another group member spoke of how walking around the village and connecting with the present had really helped them.
We have further Journeys of Discovery for our Paul’s Place Service Users planned to Llandudno, Shrewsbury, The Lake District, Lytham and Harrogate amongst other great places over the rest of 2024.
The Paul’s Place Journeys of Discovery offers a real opportunity to connect with others and are an excellent complement to the Trek Therapy Walks that are also offered to Paul’s Place service users as part of our holistic and aftercare support.
We hope the group had a fantastic day and we look forward to hosting more journeys of discovery for our Paul’s Place service users in the near future.
