As has now become tradition, our Paul’s Place Team took part in the annual Wirral Coastal Walk on Sunday 7 June 2026.
This was a very special edition of the walk, as the Rotary Club celebrated 40 years of this great fundraising event along the beautiful Wirral coastline.
The Paul’s Place Team turned out in great numbers and an incredible £8,389 was raised, with £1,232 in Gift Aid. We were also kindly offered the opportunity to hold a bucket collection by Morrisons West Kirby after contact about the event, and this raised a further £440 — adding to an incredible total of over £10,000 with Gift Aid taken into account!
A big thank you from all at Paul’s Place to all who walked, fundraised, donated or supported our Paul’s Place Team in any way. Funds raised have gone directly to supporting adults bereaved by suicide across the Merseyside area.
The Mid Wirral Rotary Club have already announced the date for the 2027 Wirral Coastal Walk — Sunday 27 June 2027!
