Family members and friends of Samantha Walker have held a number of fundraising events for us, during 2021/2022. They wanted to give something back in return for the help and support their family have received here at Paul’s Place, since losing Samantha to suicide, in early 2021. These photographs show two of the three family members who completed the Liverpool Santa Dash a little while ago, in memory of their much-loved mum and sister. Samantha’s brother was also due to take part, but unfortunately was unable to do so, due to isolation rulings after having travelled abroad.
Their combined fundraising efforts raised an amazing £1,544 – every penny of which will be spent on providing lifesaving help and support to those bereaved by suicide.
