During the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the safety of our staff and our service-users is of paramount importance to us. Please be assured that our services are still open
Beacon Counselling Trust (BCT) has put in place measures to ensure the safety of our service-users and staff while also ensuring our services are available to the public as normal.
Service-users
We are still providing FREE and confidential support for those affected by problematic gambling, including partners, family members and friends, via telephone intervention.
Previous Service-users
We understand that these are unprecedented times and we are here to offer you support with any anxieties, fears or concerns you may be experiencing. As somebody who has previously engaged with our service, we would like to offer you the opportunity to re-engage during this period of unsettlement.
If you this is something you would like to do please call us on 0151 226 0696 or email us at gamcare@beaconcounsellingtrust.co.uk and we can put support in place for you.
Our Paul’s Place Service Users
If any of our Paul’s Place service users (who are no longer in counselling with us) feel they need support, please contact Kathy Devlin on 0151 226 0696. She will discuss with you how we may be able to help.
Our Paul’s Place and Gamcare clients, who are presently in service with us will continue to receive their remaining sessions via telephone counselling.
If you are bereaved by suicide and are seeking help and support for the first time, please either ring Kathy Devlin on 0151 226 0696 or email her at paulsplace@beaconcounsellingtrust.co.uk
Stay safe and take care.
